Description |
Boris Freiberg, caretaker of the Adamson compound prior to conversion to a California State Park. Boris was displaced when the State leased the compound on an interim basis to nearby Pepperdine University, as a home for the first University president and his family. Part of the lease agreement stipulated that Pepperdine would assume responsibility for maintaining the house and grounds. Boris and his wife retired shortly thereafter. Photo was taken on a return visit to the Adamson House in 1991. (see also AH-29) |
