Linear Catalog of Malibu Tiles. See MP-p6C for a detailed description of the Catalog. All known representations of Malibu tiles produced for general sale to the public, arranged by catalog number, are gathered in this Catalog. The Catalog is divided into several sections. MP-96.1: Catalog nos. E1-E50. MP-96.2: E51-E100. MP-96.3: E101-E150. etc. Sources for images include original water color designs from the Potteries archives, and copies of general sales materials. Also presented, where available, are photos of the actual tile itself. Abbreviations: OWC, original design water color with penned-in glaze numbers; HP, as represented in the hand-painted salesman's catalog. SSC, as represented in the Standard Sales catalog. Below the line for each entry are shown photographs, where available, of actual tiles from various collections and installation sites around Southern California. |
